FSiix Resources supplies export-grade onyx marble from Tanzania as commercially selected rough quarry blocks, intended for gang-saw slab production. Grade A is honey-gold and/or white onyx with attractive natural veining. The Exotic Grade is green and/or pink onyx with high translucency and a striking pattern.
Onyx is a banded variety of marble whose translucency sets it apart from standard marble. FSiix sources it from Tanzania as rough quarry blocks, selected for colour, structure, and cutting performance before they are dispatched for gang-saw processing.
Grade A is the production grade for honey-gold and white onyx: sound structure, good cutting characteristics, and low incidence of major open fractures. The Exotic Grade is the premium grade for green and pink onyx, distinguished by high translucency and a striking pattern.
Each consignment is built from blocks selected for colour, structure, and cutting performance.
Blocks are chosen at the quarry for colour, natural veining or pattern, sound structure, and good cutting characteristics, with low incidence of major open fractures preferred for Grade A.
Each block is assigned to Grade A (honey-gold and/or white) or the Exotic Grade (green and/or pink, high translucency) according to colour and translucency.
Buyers may select and approve individual blocks before shipment, which is especially relevant to the Exotic Grade.
