FSiix Resources sources and trades Gold Doré bars — semi-pure gold alloys cast at the mine site as the essential intermediate product between raw ore and investment-grade bullion. Each bar carries 90–96% gold alongside silver, copper, and trace metals, refined to 99.9% purity (24 carat) at the buyer's refinery via Miller Chlorination or Wohlwill Electrolytic processing. FSiix supplies conflict-free Doré from verified, non-criminal-origin producers across Algeria, Libya, Ghana, and Uganda, with full chain-of-custody documentation and bonded logistics management for bullion banks, refineries, sovereign mints, and jewellery manufacturers.
Gold Doré bars are semi-pure gold alloys, typically containing a high concentration of gold alongside silver, copper, and trace metals. Produced at mine sites by smelting gold-bearing concentrate, they occupy a crucial position in the gold supply chain — neither raw ore nor refined bullion, but a compact, high-gold-content intermediate form that facilitates handling, transportation, and onward refinery processing without requiring on-site refinery infrastructure.
FSiix sources Doré exclusively from verified, non-criminal-origin jurisdictions — ensuring a supply chain free from conflict zones and fully compliant with OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected Areas. Each shipment carries fire-assay documentation, bar stamping, and chain-of-custody records from cast to receiving refinery.
FSiix's Gold Doré network follows a four-stage process, transforming extracted rock into the standardised intermediate product traded by refineries worldwide.
Gold is extracted through open-pit and underground mining, then processed via crushing, grinding, and gravity concentration or flotation to produce a gold-rich concentrate. Refractory ore types are treated via carbon-in-leach or heap-leach cyanidation.
Concentrate is smelted above 1,064°C — gold's melting point — with flux additions to capture slag-forming impurities. The molten alloy is poured into pre-heated moulds, fire-assayed on site, and stamped with weight and chain-of-custody records.
Formed bars move to a licensed refinery under certified bonded logistics with full cargo insurance and OECD-compliant documentation. Umpire assay at loading and outturn assay at the refinery govern final settlement.
At the receiving refinery, Doré is purified via Miller Chlorination (chlorine gas precipitates impurities, fast route to 99.5%) or Wohlwill Electrolysis (anode dissolution and cathode plating to 99.99%), yielding LBMA Good Delivery bars at 24-carat purity.
Gold Doré serves as the crucial link between mine and market — feeding investment-grade bullion production, industrial manufacturing, and sovereign reserve accumulation.
Every bar is sourced from verified, non-criminal-origin jurisdictions under OECD Due Diligence Guidance, with fire-assay documentation and chain-of-custody records from cast to refinery.
Supply spanning Algeria, Libya, Ghana, and Uganda reduces single-source dependency and keeps availability steady across FSiix's African sourcing footprint.
Full documentation — umpire assay at loading, outturn assay at the refinery, certified bonded transport, and cargo insurance — managed end-to-end by the FSiix trading desk.
Central bank accumulation, safe-haven demand, and reserve diversification away from single-currency holdings continue to underpin gold demand, with Doré priced at a discount to spot reflecting silver content, refining charges, and negotiated treatment/refining costs (TC/RC).
Gold spot moves on live exchange references throughout the trading day, and Doré discount terms shift with refinery capacity, Ag content, and TC/RC negotiated at contract, so we don't publish a static reference price here — anything printed on a page would likely be stale within hours.
